Yoga: We offer our members a range of styles to suit individual needs. You can find anything from relaxing and stretching to more intense conditioning classes. Our Great Yoga Wall is an exciting and innovative addition to our program. All classes are taught by highly motivated, professional instructors who take a personal interest in our members’ progress.

Pilates: Whether you’re a beginner or a longtime devotee, Lilydale is the place for Pilates. Our top notch instructors will ensure you feel comfortable as you enjoy your Pilates workouts at the club.

Massage: We offer the finest in professional massage. Our versatile therapists practice a wide range of styles to suit your individual needs. Whether your preference is relaxing or a deep sports massage, we’ve got what’s right for you.

Locker rooms: Relax after your workout or match in a warm, inviting steam room, sauna or whirlpool. Tanning is also offered in our clean, fully equipped locker rooms. Day and monthly rental lockers are guaranteed to be available at all times for our members.

Pro Shop: Forget your socks? No worries! Our fully stocked Pro Shop is open during club hours to help you with clothing, accessories, and unique gift items. Our full service Pro Shop also includes racquet stringing and gripping by our U.S.R.S.A. certified stringer. The world class line of Prince racquets are sold in our Pro Shop. For your convenience, Prince “demo” racquets are available to ensure you have the opportunity to select the racquet that’s right for your game!

Childcare: Our friendly childcare staff will put you at ease as you leave your kids in our daycare while you enjoy your workout or match. Childcare is available weekdays, Saturdays and selected weeknights.

Lobby Areas: Both the upstairs and downstairs lobbies feature an excellent view of our nine indoor tennis courts. The upstairs lobby has a microwave, television and vending.  It also features a dining area for busy members on the go, a birthday cake after a kids pool party, or a post match tennis team party.
